1. No Refunds

All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item
After 7 days, returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

Returned items must meet all conditions below:

• Unworn
• Unaltered
• Undamaged
• In original packaging
• All accessories, certificates, and tags included

Items that fail any condition will be rejected.

4. Return Eligibility Review

Send clear photos and a brief explanation.
We will evaluate and confirm approval or rejection within 48 hours.

5. Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not cover loss or damage during return transit.

6. Store Credit Only

Approved returns receive store credit equal to the product value.
Store credit has no expiry and can be used on any future purchase.

7. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized pieces
• Altered pieces
• Items damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging
